3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment (except for Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable).

- We are not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by payment gateway providers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours and delivered within 7 business days under normal conditions.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location and unforeseen logistics delays.
- If an order is not delivered within 13 business days from dispatch, you may request a refund as per our Shipping Policy.
5. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, returns are not accepted except in cases of damage or missing items.
- A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/missing claim.
- Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, non-availability, or refusal to accept will not be eligible for refund.
- Misuse of policies (false claims, repeated COD refusals, etc.) may result in account suspension.
