1. Order Cancellation
- Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- Once the order is shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your cancellation request is approved (before shipping), the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3. Exceptions
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be cancelled after shipping. Refusal to accept COD parcels may lead to account restrictions for future orders.
