Cancellation policy

At Rosemy Essentials , we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. To maintain efficiency, we allow cancellations only before the order has been shipped.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Customers may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved (before shipping), the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.


3. Exceptions

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cannot be cancelled after shipping. Refusal to accept COD parcels may lead to account restrictions for future orders.
