Refund and Returns Policy

At Rosemy Essentials , we take utmost care in packaging and delivering your products, especially since most of our items (lip gloss, lip tints, lip oils, and other cosmetics in glass tube containers) are fragile and require safe handling.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds/exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance/texture/color, or personal preference.

  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only in cases of damage or missing products.


2. Unboxing Video Requirement

  • To claim damage or missing items, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from opening the sealed package until the product is fully unboxed.

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

  • The video helps us validate claims with our courier and packaging partners.


3. Reporting Timeframe

  • Any complaint regarding damage or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.


4. Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

A product may qualify for refund or replacement only if:

  1. It is physically broken/damaged upon arrival.

  2. The item is missing from the order.

  3. The claim is supported by an unboxing video and reported within 3 days.


5. Refund Process

  • If your claim is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • In case of replacement, we will ship the product again at no extra cost.


6. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of our products, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable (unless damaged/missing):

  • Lip glosses

  • Lip tints

  • Lip oils

  • Any product in glass tube containers


7. Shipping & Handling

  • We ensure proper protective packaging for all fragile items.

  • However, since breakage can sometimes occur during transit, we require unboxing proof to raise claims with the courier.
